My approach to this work is built on years of study, practice, and lived experience across multiple disciplines. Everything I share with you is drawn from deep immersion in these modalities and my commitment to understanding what creates genuine, lasting transformation.

Human Design

I've studied Human Design for seven years, beginning with my earliest mentor Mary Ann Winiger, a student of Ra Uru Hu himself. I went on to learn from Jovian Archive and later from modern Human Design mentors including Jenna Zoe, Vanessa Henry, Sam Zagar, Alex Cantone, Jackie Johnstone, Erin Claire Jones, Jess Fields, and Téo Montoya.

This lineage matters because it represents both the foundational teachings and the evolution of how we apply Human Design to modern life. My work with clients is rooted in this depth of understanding, not surface-level interpretations.

Archetypal Astrology

I'm currently in a mentorship with Karen Hawkwood for archetypal astrology, deepening my understanding of the energetic blueprints that shape our lives. This training adds another layer to how I work with clients, helping you understand not just your design, but the timing, cycles, and archetypal patterns influencing your path.

Health and Wellness

I'm a certified health coach who once owned a gluten-free cake shop. This experience taught me the intimate relationship between nourishment, care, and wellbeing. It also showed me how our relationship with food, our bodies, and our health reflects deeper patterns of self-worth, control, and alignment.

Business and Entrepreneurship

I've been a serial entrepreneur and investor since I was sixteen. I spent fifteen years as a vintage dealer in the luxury world, working closely with high-net-worth individuals and witnessing firsthand the gap between material success and genuine fulfilment.

This experience gave me a rare perspective: I understand wealth, I understand business, and I understand what happens when external success doesn't translate to internal peace.

It's this understanding that shapes how I work with clients navigating career transitions, building businesses, or redefining what success means to them.

Cultural Perspective

My third culture upbringing across Hong Kong, Taipei, Shanghai, Toronto, and London gave me a lens that bridges East and West. I bring ancient Chinese wisdom into conversation with contemporary Western psychology and spirituality. This perspective allows me to work with clients from diverse backgrounds and honor the full spectrum of wisdom traditions.

Integration

Everything I've learned, everything I've experienced, everything I've studied has led me to this work. I don't keep these modalities separate. I synthesize them into practical, embodied wisdom that serves your unique situation, your unique design, and your unique path forward. This is why my work is both coaching and consulting.
